Are consultations free?
Yes—consultations are always free. If you’re unsure what to book (especially for colour or big changes), we recommend a consultation first.
Do colour services include a cut or blow-dry?
No, the only thing included is a rough blowdry to check the colour. Please discuss and confirm final costs.
Will the price change for very long/thick hair?
Yes—extra thick, very long, curly hair or extensions WILL require more time and product. We recommend discussing this with your stylist before starting the service.
Do you require a patch test for colour?
Yes—new colour clients need a skin/patch test at least 48 hours before the first colour appointment. We’ll guide you through what’s needed when you book.
Do you offer apprentices at a lower rate?
Yes—apprentice services are priced lower as they’re still learning. If you want a more advanced finish or have specific requirements, we recommend booking a senior stylist.
What’s the difference between Harley Hot Wax and Strip Wax?
Harley Hot Wax is usually used for sensitive/bikini areas and adheres to hair rather than skin. Strip wax is typically used for larger areas like legs and arms for quick removal.
