Do I need a consultation before booking?
Not always—but if you’re unsure what to book, want a big change, or have a complex hair history, a consultation is the best way to plan the right service and avoid surprises.
What should I bring to a consultation?
Bring reference photos (front/side/back if possible) and be honest about your hair history—especially box dye, bleach, previous colour and home treatments. This helps us create a realistic plan.
How long does the consultation take?
It depends on the goal. For a straightforward cut it can be quick, but for bigger colour changes or correction work it may take longer because we need to plan carefully.
Will I need a patch test for colour?
If required, patch tests are done at least 48 hours before your colour appointment. If you’ve had colour with us regularly, it may not be needed unless it’s been 6+ months or your health/products have changed.
Can you advise on maintenance and cost during the consult?
Yes—that’s part of the point. We’ll talk you through upkeep, timing between visits, what’s realistic for your lifestyle, and the best service route to get the look you want.
