How do I claim an offer?

Are offers available for everyone?
Some offers are for new clients only (check the badge/description). Seasonal deals may also have an end date and limited availability.
Do I need a patch test for colour or laser offers?
Yes—patch tests are typically required for new colour clients and before laser. Please allow at least 48 hours before the appointment for the patch test.
Can I combine multiple offers?
Offers usually can’t be stacked unless explicitly stated. If you’re booking multiple services, ask us and we’ll make sure you get the best value.
What happens if an offer is marked “Coming soon”?
It’s not live for booking yet. Once it launches, the “Coming soon” label will be removed and the booking link will be active.
Can I reschedule an appointment booked with an offer?
Yes—rescheduling is usually fine, but the offer must still be valid (within the offer dates/terms) at the time of your new appointment.
