- Consultations are free — even with the Creative Director. Speak to a stylist for a tailored plan.
- If hair thickness/length makes a service take much longer (≈2x time), pricing may increase to reflect it.
- Colour usage matters: more tubes/bleach/toner increases product cost and application time. We’ll explain options first.
